SPOC Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SPOC Supervisor to oversee operations and manage staff in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the SPOC unit and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Coach and develop staff while managing daily operations and handling escalated borrower calls
• Compile data for reporting and ensure performance objectives are met within the department

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• 2 years of collections, legal, or bankruptcy work experience required
• Knowledgeable in scheduling and volume forecasting
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
