Spok Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting engineering and operational activities, the full-time Spok Systems Engineer will maintain and optimize the Spok Suite and associated enterprise environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, integration, and performance optimization for the Spok Suite
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure secure and reliable service delivery
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement activities related to enterprise endpoint and communications technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong experience in supporting enterprise systems engineering and Apple-centered support platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain stable system performance
• Experience in structured enterprise IT environments with defined standards
• Desired certifications in Apple, mobile device management, or systems engineering
