Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sponsored Program Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct award setup duties for various sponsored projects and ensure compliance with regulations
- Draft, negotiate, and issue outbound subawards while maintaining professional communication with subrecipient organizations
- Perform final compliance reviews and manage professional deadlines for sponsored research awards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Financial Management, Public Health, Research Administration, or a closely related field
- 2 years of experience in scientific research administration, specifically with federal grant administration
- Experience using ERA software and applying Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
- Ability to manage professional deadlines effectively
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check required
