Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsored Program Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct award setup duties for various sponsored projects and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Draft, negotiate, and issue outbound subawards while maintaining professional communication with subrecipient organizations
  • Perform final compliance reviews and manage professional deadlines for sponsored research awards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Financial Management, Public Health, Research Administration, or a closely related field
  • 2 years of experience in scientific research administration, specifically with federal grant administration
  • Experience using ERA software and applying Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
  • Ability to manage professional deadlines effectively
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check required
