Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsored Program Coordinator to perform research administration functions for the Office of Grants and Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate grants and contracts administrative duties and manage data entry in the Grants module systems
  • Provide proposal review, monitor financial status of research projects, and initiate project close-out processes
  • Assist in staff training and provide customer service to the research community
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • At least one year of administrative experience in a professional business capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
