Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsored Programs Administrator responsible for managing and overseeing sponsored programs during the award life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project financial administration, including budgeting, billing, and reporting
  • Serve as the primary liaison with sponsors and provide guidance to Principal Investigators (PIs)
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and sponsor terms throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Two years of related experience in research administration, particularly in post-award services
  • Understanding of Uniform Guidance requirements is preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
  • No specific certifications or licenses required
