Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsored Project Analyst 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly award activities, including account setups, invoice approvals, and compliance with contract terms
• Research and resolve issues related to sponsored project accounts and collaborate with departments to ensure proper management
• Provide customer service and training to internal and external contacts regarding grant and contract processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 18 hours of accounting courses from an accredited institution
• Five years of financial analysis experience, including two years in grant-related roles
• Working knowledge of sponsored projects and fund accounting
• Ability to exercise independent professional judgment and maintain professionalism in interactions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
