Job Summary

Sponsored Project Analyst is a full-time position responsible for managing sponsored project accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing customer service and training to internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve financial reports, invoices, and account setups for compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve award-related issues and ensure adherence to policies
  • Participate in the development of quality management processes and provide training to staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 18 hours of accounting courses from an accredited institution
  • Five years of financial analysis experience, including two years in grant-related roles
  • Working knowledge of sponsored projects and fund accounting systems
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain professionalism in interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
