Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sponsored Projects Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of financial and accounting activities related to award setups, billing, and financial reporting
  • Trains team members on award requirements and ensures compliance with agency guidelines and policies
  • Implements process improvements and maintains customer relationships through effective communication
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field
  • A minimum of five years of experience in research administration and grants/contracts accounting
  • Experience with planning and implementing new policies and strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage budgets and financial reports
