Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sponsored Research Contract Administrator to manage pre and post-award activities for contracts within the Office of Sponsored Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre and post-award activities for an assigned portfolio of contracts
- Serve as a liaison among university administration, principal investigators, faculty, staff, and funding agency representatives
- Monitor and report on budget management of contracts and maintain sponsored projects information in university systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3-5 years of related experience
- CRA and/or Contract Certification(s) and master's degree are a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in contracts, grants, or financial management may substitute for a bachelor's degree
- Experience with sponsors supporting aeronautical research is a plus
- Pre-award and post-award contract management experience is required
