Sponsorship Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

Owning the delivery execution for all sponsorship contracts post-close, the full-time remote Sponsorship Fulfillment Associate will coordinate across multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of sponsor commitments, serving as the main point of contact for sponsors throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the sponsor's main point of contact for delivery questions from contract signature through event/campaign completion
• Track all contracted deliverables per sponsor and maintain a delivery calendar/status tracker
• Proactively flag execution risks to internal owners before they become sponsor-facing problems

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or program/project coordination
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent timelines/deliverables
• Clear, proactive written and verbal communication for external-facing updates
• Success metrics focused on on-time delivery rate against contracted sponsor commitments
