Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end execution of sponsorships for Cisco Connect events, the part-time remote Sponsorships Event Marketing Manager will ensure seamless delivery and sponsor satisfaction while coordinating contracts and tracking fulfillment metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of sponsorships, ensuring all commitments are met accurately
• Respond to sponsor inquiries promptly and maintain clear communication across various platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prepare sponsor materials and provide onsite support

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in event marketing with a focus on sponsorship management
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with sponsors
• Familiarity with event logistics and basic financial acumen
