Sports Account Manager
Job Summary
To support the expansion of sports clientele, the full-time remote Sports Account Manager will manage client communications, uphold high service standards, and ensure operational proficiency in travel services while fostering strong relationships with key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships and provide high-level communication regarding services and options
- Oversee all service requests for Air, Housing, and Ground Travel, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Resolve issues and adapt to changing client requirements while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an athletic client-serving and/or sales role
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in travel, logistics, and familiarity with GDS Sabre preferred
- Passion for building relationships and collaborating within a team environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms is a plus
