Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists to build and iterate on models for personalized recommendations and user segmentation
• Lead personalization initiatives, including modeling, experimentation, and implementation to enhance user experience
• Build and deploy machine learning models and design A/B tests to evaluate personalization strategies

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MS degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related technical role
• Hands-on experience with recommendation engines and personalization algorithms
• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL skills
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design
