Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security team, setting the vision and aligning priorities with company objectives
• Oversee threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity leadership with experience in securing large-scale cloud and web applications
• 4+ years managing security teams, including both managers and individual contributors
• Hands-on experience in incident response, SIEM, and threat detection
• Familiarity with AWS services and modern container orchestration environments
• Experience with corporate security practices, including endpoint and SaaS security
