Sports Card Sourcing Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the sports card acquisition operation, the part-time Sports Card Sourcing Associate will manage raw card sourcing, grading submissions, and inventory administration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage weekly sports live events in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure timely launches
• Source and evaluate raw sports cards across various marketplaces, negotiating with sellers and tracking condition and comps
• Prepare and manage grading submissions, including pre-screening cards and tracking pipeline status

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sports card buying, selling, trading, or a related collectibles field
• Solid working knowledge of the sports card market, including key players, sets, grading standards, and current trends
• Hands-on ability to evaluate raw card condition and assess grade potential
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Genuine passion for sports cards and collectibles
