Sports Group Account Coordinator

Job Summary

Driving the vision and strategy for the group division within PIVOT Travel, the full-time remote Sports Group Account Coordinator will manage group travel logistics, support day-to-day operations, and uncover new opportunities for collegiate, amateur sports, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Uncover new opportunities within the group travel space and provide ongoing support to the Travel team
• Manage sourcing, contracting, and day-to-day operations for group travel, including hotel negotiations and contract management
• Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management, client interaction, and reporting to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related discipline
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or hotel operations related to group logistics
• Strong hotel brand awareness and advanced negotiation skills
• Expert knowledge of travel logistics, including hotels and transportation
• Experience using CVENT, Salesforce, MS Office, and Google Suite
