Job Summary

Providing expertise in sports medicine, the part-time Sports Medicine Physician Advisor will evaluate startups, assess investment opportunities, and guide portfolio companies in musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation, all while working remotely for a venture capital fund.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate startups through the lens of sports medicine, focusing on workflows, injury evaluation, and rehabilitation
• Assess opportunities in digital health, musculoskeletal care, and related technologies
• Advise portfolio companies on clinical implementation, patient adherence, and integration into various healthcare settings

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with Sports Medicine training
• Active clinical practice preferred
• Strong understanding of sports medicine workflows and rehabilitation protocols
• Familiarity with reimbursement and value-based care dynamics
• Interest in digital health and healthcare innovation
