Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical Sports Trading Analyst to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for managing real-time pricing across various sports, improving pricing quality through market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance trading operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live sports markets and market activity in real time across a range of sports and market types
• Support the calibration and refinement of prices using market signals, statistical models, and event-driven information
• Own and manage real-time trading risk, including exposure monitoring and liability controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Strong grounding in probability, statistics, and expected value
• Hands-on experience in sports trading or closely related domains
• Strong understanding of sports betting fundamentals, including odds formats and expected value
• Demonstrated ability to make high-quality decisions under time pressure during live events
