• Build competitive spot rates using market data and historical lane performance

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations
• Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with TMS platforms and rate tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competitive pricing and margin discipline
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving quoting environment
