Job Summary
Owning the spot quoting process, the full-time remote Spot Pricing Analyst will analyze freight quote requests, build competitive rates, and monitor margin performance to support the sales team in closing business across North American lanes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to spot freight quote requests for FTL and cross-border lanes
- Build competitive spot rates using market data and historical performance
- Monitor margin performance and provide insights to sales and operations leadership
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations
- Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with TMS platforms and rate tools
- Analytical mindset with a focus on competitive pricing and margin discipline
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced quoting environment
