SQA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time SQA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various testing types including functional, regression, and performance testing
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation
• Proficient in automation tools like Selenium or Appium
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or a comparable language
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and CI/CD processes
