SQA Test Engineer Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQA Test Engineer, Manager to lead quality assurance efforts and improve production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Software Quality Assurance team, ensuring adherence to QA processes
• Develop metrics and provide an executive dashboard for project and release quality assurance
• Oversee the creation of test plans and scripts, and manage automation initiatives to enhance QA practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
• 5+ years of experience with QA methodologies in both waterfall and agile environments
• 3+ years of management experience in a complex organization
• 3+ years of experience with test automation, preferably using Selenium
