SQL Data Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SQL Data Analyst (Contract-to-Hire).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for client reporting, analytics, and data integration tasks
- Extract, transform, and analyze data primarily using PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and other relational database systems
- Independently diagnose and resolve performance or quality issues relating to data integrity, consistency, and speed
Required Qualifications
- Proven mastery of SQL querying, query optimization, and relational data modeling (particularly PostgreSQL and SQL Server)
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language, especially Python, for data analysis or ETL purposes
- Practical understanding of cloud deployments, preferably within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work rapidly and independently
