Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Database Administrator to support its Platform Development and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database systems across various environments
Perform routine DBA tasks including backups, performance tuning, and data migrations
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate database operations into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in database administration or application support
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with other RDBMS like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Understanding of relational database concepts and version control systems like Git or Bitbucket
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and cloud-based database services
