Perform physical and logical database administration functions
Analyze, tune, and maintain test and production databases
Monitor and analyze database activity to prevent incidents and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of SQL Server database administration and design experience
Extensive T-SQL tuning experience
Solid knowledge of Windows scripting
Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server
Ability to work independently and manage on-call duties
