Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Database Administrator to support a project with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SQL and data within the HSP technology stack
Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high data availability and security
Provide technical support and collaborate with the development team to optimize database design

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline
5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and data modeling tools
Strong understanding of database management systems and ETL frameworks
Knowledge of database architecture and security for on-premise and cloud-hosted systems
