Job Summary
A company is looking for a SQL Database Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SQL databases in a cloud environment
- Design and implement database solutions using AWS services, ensuring high availability and scalability
- Establish and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven years of experience as a SQL DBA, or High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen years of experience
- Strong understanding of database design, architecture, and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly RDS, Aurora, and Redshift
- Proficiency in SQL and database scripting languages
