Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Developer / Data Analyst to support a federal healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data validation and transformation
Analyze data from multiple systems to support business intelligence reporting and decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data flows and support data quality monitoring efforts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in developing advanced SQL queries and working with complex datasets
Experience analyzing healthcare or clinical data and familiarity with data formats like HL7 and FHIR
Strong understanding of data structures, indexing, and performance tuning techniques
Experience creating data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
