Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time SQL Developer will support in-house and cloud-based data-driven development initiatives, focusing on the Deductible Tracking System and collaborating with multiple business units while working remotely or onsite in New Jersey, New York, or Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Support SQL development and manage the backlog for the Deductible Tracking System while collaborating with Finance and Claims teams
- Utilize Microsoft SQL Server tools and work with various databases, including Snowflake, to develop data pipelines for reporting and analytics
- Communicate with business units to analyze needs, recommend solutions, and prioritize deliverables using Agile methodologies
Required qualifications
- Degree or certification in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of professional experience as a SQL Developer
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other data lake house tools is a plus
- Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and understanding the SDLC process
- Experience with AWS services and APIs is advantageous
