A company is looking for a SQL Principal Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Database Administration activities to support IT initiatives and manage multiple projects
• Normalize and standardize database server management across the enterprise
• Ensure proactive monitoring and maintenance for optimal system performance and availability

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience; technical training and some college considered
• 10+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience
• 7+ years of experience with SQL language and Transact-SQL
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server Always On Availability Groups and Integration Services
• 3+ years of experience automating processes with PowerShell
