- Administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance across production and disaster recovery platforms
- Troubleshoot complex database issues, implement High Availability/Disaster Recovery solutions, and develop backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance database performance and support application development through T-SQL code optimization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience
- Expertise in HA/DR technologies such as Always On, Clustering, and Replication
- Strong background in performance tuning and query optimization
- Experience with backup and recovery administration
