SQL Server Developer
Job Summary
As a key member of the Database Group, the full-time SQL Server Developer will work remotely to design schemas, develop stored procedures, and create complex queries while providing overall database support and maintaining technical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Design schemas, tables, views, and develop stored procedures as part of the SQL Development team
- Create complex queries, SSIS jobs, and SSRS/Power BI reports while applying the latest T-SQL language features
- Maintain source code sets and assist DBAs in overall database maintenance and performance tuning
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience in technical design and coding within the IT industry
- Expertise in SQL Server functions, procedures, triggers, and performance tuning
- Strong experience with complex indexing strategies and dynamic SQL
- Application programming experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC 5, JavaScript, and JSON
- Proficiency with versioning tools like Git and debugging tools
