SQL Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, maintain, and implement back-end Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL objects and SSIS packages
• Work with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and provide technical support
• Create technical design documents and maintain existing systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 7+ years of relevant SQL programming experience
• Deep understanding of relational database design and development, preferably with MS SQL Server T-SQL
• Experience in complex database objects in T-SQL and/or PLSQL
• Knowledge of basic database security practices
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies
