SQL Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Technical Production Support professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in software applications and integration issues
• Utilize SQL knowledge to resolve data issues and answer escalated customer inquiries
• Document issues, follow up with clients, and assist in training customer care representatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role at a software company preferred
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in a software support environment preferred
• Homebuilding/Construction experience or industry knowledge desired
