Squad Leader Appointment Setter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appointment Setter Squad Leader in the West & Central USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of remote Appointment Setters, providing coaching, feedback, and support
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue per set call, booked call to close rate, and contact rate
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of Appointment Setters and ensure quality assurance

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales environment
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to monitor and report on team performance
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a self-driven mindset
