Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, including onboarding, training, renewals, and upselling
  • Lead client meetings to showcase ROI of company solutions
  • Collaborate internally to streamline workflows and seek cross-sell referrals for Sales
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in growing a customer book year over year
  • Experience in managing P&L or equivalent
  • Understanding of the food and beverage industry landscape, trends, and challenges
  • Proficient public speaking skills
  • Experience conducting or selling research is a plus
