Sr Analyst HRIS - REMOTE
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with technical operations of UKG/Kronos Dimensions system, data analysis, reporting, and system administration
- Maintain system rules, workflows, and forms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate across departments to gather business requirements, provide support for HR initiatives, and participate in system upgrades
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of direct HRIS experience
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including UKG/Kronos Dimensions or similar systems
- Experience with SQL, database tools, and California Time & Labor rules
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and experience with Work Force Dimensions (WFD) or Oracle Time & Labor
