Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Internal Sales and Service - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from financial professionals, providing support on various financial topics
• Assist with case design, product updates, and sales consultations
• Act as a backup for top advisors, provide advanced sales consultation, and utilize technology systems for customer support

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred
• Series 6 license required at the time of offer, Series 63 required within 120 days of hire
• Four years of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
• ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations desirable
• Advanced knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and retirement planning
