Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Service Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with stakeholders to align on data requirements and build dashboards
• Utilize SQL, Python, and DBT to gather and validate datasets for BI tools
• Collaborate with data teams, provide dashboard support, and perform ad-hoc analyses

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of data analysis experience in various fields
• 3-5 years of Tableau development experience, with expert level skills preferred
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend identification
• Strong SQL skills, familiarity with Databricks and AWS, and understanding of Python
