Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AP Contributions Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly contribution payments for multiple unions and guilds
  • Maintain and monitor Aging reports to track contributions and ensure compliance with payment schedules
  • Serve as a resource for union representatives, addressing their inquiries and resolving payment-related issues effectively

Required Qualifications:
  • GED or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or related department
  • Proficient knowledge and utilization of both the payroll database system and finance accounting system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
