Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Application Analyst (Remote) with experience in healthcare, administrative, or financial products or applications to support day-to-day operational issues, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and on-call rotations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, install, configure, and develop software to support workflows
- Analyze workflows and technical environments
- Support implementations, testing, reporting, and training
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in manual and automated testing, SQL, SOAP API testing, and UI/UX development
- Knowledge of incident tracking, problem reporting, and SDLC
- Ability to perform technical analysis and configuration management
