Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Bank Operations Processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve consumer disputes and chargebacks
• Process consumer mobile deposits and handle check validation and returns
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and manage risk

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in handling consumer disputes and chargebacks in banking or financial services
• Experience in Bank Operations and exception processing
• Strong knowledge of ACH and credit/debit card rails
• Familiarity with regulations such as Regulation E, NACHA, and MasterCard Rules
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with strong time management skills
