Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Avionics Hardware Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with a cross-functional team to develop avionics hardware products for space infrastructure applications
Create electrical schematics, PCB layouts, mechanical drawings, test and verification plans
Oversee manufacturing of PCB boards and avionics boxes, and provide technical leadership to junior engineers

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
8 years of experience in electrical design with micro-processors and micro-controller board design
Hands-on oriented with a willingness to test, understand failures, and incorporate lessons learned
Preferred qualifications include experience leading electrical engineering designs and familiarity with satellite avionics design
