Sr Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather and document their specific business requirements, objectives, and constraints for implementing Conversational AI solutions
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing our solutions
• Work closely with the development and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet the unique needs of healthcare clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Min 5 plus years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or software industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, and healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
• Experience with Conversational AI or natural language processing (NLP) technologies is a strong advantage
