Sr Care Manager - BH or RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Care Manager - BH or RN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors inpatient and intermediate level of care services related to mental health and substance abuse treatment
• Performs concurrent reviews for inpatient care and other levels of care
• Develops discharge plans and oversees their implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure that meets State, Commonwealth, or customer-specific requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of post-degree experience in psychiatric and substance abuse health care
• Experience in utilization review
• Education requirements include an Associate degree in Nursing, Bachelor's in Social Work, or Master's in Behavioral Health, Counseling, or Social Work
• Licensure may include CEAP, LMSW, LCSW, LSW, LPC, or RN
