Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls and process requests per company policies

• Collect patient demographic information and maintain confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN licensure with basic healthcare experience
• Minimum 2 years of office setting experience
• Direct experience in telehealth support function preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work remotely
