Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain project plans for each client, coordinate reporting, and perform risk assessments/quality reporting
  • Problem solve and identify solutions in areas such as claims processing, enrollment, and provider contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams, conduct outreach, and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or formal training beyond high school (preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field)
  • 5-8 years of professional work experience in a health plan setting, with account management and client relations experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of health insurance claims experience
  • TPA (Third Party Administrator) experience and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE preferred
