Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to address inquiries and concerns regarding computer products and services
Provide service and support to end-users using call distribution software
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive IT administration and customer support experience
Knowledge of healthcare and/or data analytics industry preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Jira, and Zoom services
Advanced understanding of FTP files structure and programs (FileZilla)
Ability to multitask and learn while working on complex cases
