Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to address inquiries and concerns regarding computer products and services
  • Provide service and support to end-users using call distribution software
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive IT administration and customer support experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or data analytics industry preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Jira, and Zoom services
  • Advanced understanding of FTP files structure and programs (FileZilla)
  • Ability to multitask and learn while working on complex cases
