  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends, market data, and company needs to develop strategic solutions

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards related roles
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field
  • Deep expertise in compensation structures and/or benefits offerings
  • Global compensation and benefits experience
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
