Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support for strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
Assist with corporate governance matters for all legal entities
Draft, negotiate, and review various transactional legal documents and contracts

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of corporate/M&A/securities experience
Experience with US securities laws
Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership of projects
Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
Member in good standing of at least one state bar
